This will be a different event. There is NO entry fee. This is the FREE Run. This will be a fun 5km that can be as difficult as you make it. Participants must register online here.

Once registered, you will receive an email on Tuesday April 10 that will inform you about the location of the event and where the post event awards will be held.

This event has 3 goals...

• Raise funds for the BC Cancer Foundation,
• Showcase the release of the Nike Free Run 3,
• Have a beer with friends after a 5km run.

The Post Event Awards will not be at the same place as the race. The event and awards will not be located outside Victoria, Saanich, Esquimalt or Oak Bay.
