Welcome to the third running of the Golden Ears Half and 10K. We're very excited to host this event again as the course is so unique and beautiful. The Half Marathon and 10k will both cross over and back the Fraser River on the Golden Ears Bridge. Those doing the Half Marathon will also benefit from great trails and views along the north side of the Fraser River.
The race starts and finishes at the new South Bonson Community Center in Osprey Village located at 10932 Barnston Road.
All finishers of the Half Marathon and 10K will receive medals. Shirts will be available at package pick-up and start/finish area for those who are interested in purchasing a souvenir shirt.
A unique course featuring the Golden Ears Bridge and incorporating the beautiful scenery and trails along the Fraser River. The race starts and finishes at the new South Bonson Community Centre in Osprey Village by the river. The course does a short loop before heading over the Golden Ears Bridge. It will cross over the bridge on the east side and return on the west side. After coming off the bridge, the 10k will finish along the river at Osprey Village, and the Half Marathon will head onto the trails and Dyke along the river. The course will then follow the perimeter of the airport finishing back at Osprey Village.
