Panorama Classic Triathlon
22nd Annual Panorama Classic Triathlon & Duathlon
CANCELLED for 2008
Panorama has been cancelled for 2008 for the following reasons:
- lack of a group who was willing to take personal financial risk
- lack of certainty with the pool and its renovations
- lack of certainty that there will be a paved route to the rec centre
- outdoor transition will be almost impossible with the construction
- North Saanich's concern with the routes and the potential to go back to the old route.
The bottom line is East Saanich is a busy road and they receive many complaints from the public.
Those already registered will be reimbursed.
